Digital Company Formation PackageThis package is ideal for people that are confident with setting up a limited company, you may have done it before so know what is required, and you already have an address you can use as the registered office address and directors service address. Once the company is set up, you will need to create your own company regsiters.

Person of Significant Control Submission - this is included with the submission to Companies House. This identifies who "owns/controls" the company. Make sure this is complete otherwise your submission may be rejected.
Application check – we will ensure that your application is complete prior to submission, so that it isn't get rejected for not having the correct information.
Ongoing Support for your business – you will have continued access to the online dashboard so that you can link directly to Companies House.
Fraud Protection - this prevents anyone from changing the information at Companies House by sending in paperwork with fake signatures. All your dealings with Companies House occur online using authentication codes.
Filing Date Reminders - we will also email you to remind you of important dates, such as your accounts due, confirmation statement etc.

Do you need more formation services?


Every Limited company should have a set of Company Registers, basically these are documents that make clear who the Directors, Shareholders, Beneficial Owners. These are either kept at the Registered Office or at an alternative address, (SAIL address). This package will automatically produce your first company registers, which you can then update, as you need to - i.e. when a director resigns, or adding or terminating a director, changes to ownership.


This is the same as the printed & digital package but also includes an official address for your business. Our Registered Office and Service Address includes the free forwarding of your Companies House and HMRC mail to you via scan or postage.

The Directors can also use the address as the service address, so they can keep their residential address private. Includes the forwarding of the Directors Companies House mail. This package includes the registered office and service address for 12 months. Annual renewal fees do apply.


This includes the company formation, digital and printed copies of your company documents and registers, share certificates, plus the Registered Office, Directors Service Address and a business address, which can be used by your clients and suppliers - so that all your mail can be sent to one location and forwarded directly to you. The forwarding of your official mail from Companies House and HMRC is included. Your day to day business mail is forwarded to you using a £20 deposit added at checkout.

You can decide how to receive your mail – posted or scanned, first or second class, daily or weekly – the choice is yours! This package includes the use of the EC1 address for 12 months. Annual renewal fees do apply.
