Telephone Numbers

UK Virtual Telephone Numbers from £3 a month.

FLEXIBLE NUMBERS

There is no link between a virtual number and any physical fixed landline.

Equally, if you move offices or are in a temporary office, a virtual number can go with you to new premises. This saves you the costs of informing clients and updating websites and stationery.

ANY TOWN OR CITY

You can create a national presence by selecting telephone numbers from any of the UKs regional codes.

If your head office is in Manchester (0161), you can have numbers for London (0203), Cardiff (029) , or Edinburgh (0131) (in fact, anywhere you want).

LOCAL IMPRESSION

If you want to create a local impression, a local number is a great way of attracting customers, without having to set up an office in each area.

You can have all these numbers diverted to one number or to different numbers - however you want to use them.

MOBILE OR LANDLINE

A virtual number provides you with flexibility to have the number transferred to a landline or mobile and you can amend this at any time.

CALL MANAGEMENT

If you are out of the office, you can transfer the phone number to your mobile by logging into the control panel and simply change the divert number.

EASY TO SET UP

Once you have set up your account, you can set your transfer number, view all your calls online (both inbound and outbound), pay your invoices and view your tariff online.

How much would a number cost?

You have two main costs to consider

1. The Rental of the Number - for standard 01 or 02 geographical numbers it costs around £3 exc vat a month. You pay 6 months in advance; when it is due to expire, you will receive email reminders, to renew for a further 6 months, or chose to cancel the service.

and

2. Call Transfers - the costs of having the calls diverted to your landline and mobile. The costs of transferring to a landline is usually up to a couple of pence per minute and a mobile around 10p per minute.

Set Up Costs - on many numbers there are no additional set up costs, but if you want a particularly memorable number or if numbers are in short supply (i.e. 0207), there are additional costs - the number selector and during checkout will display these clearly.
