Making a complaint
We hope that you have no reason to complain and always aim to meet all our clients needs.
But, if unfortunately you need to contact us regarding a complaint please in the first instance call us on 0207 060 7082 (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm) to discuss why you are unhappy with our service and we can try to resolve any issues you may have.
If we have been unable to resolve your issue to your satisfaction, you can make a formal complaint. Please use our Contact Us page, and provide us with your name, company name and an overview of your complaint. Please ensure that you put "Complaint" at the top of the text box.
We will look into your complaint and review it very carefully within 24 hours, we will contact you if we need more clarification and information.
