The official address for your business - Our Registered Office and Service Address provides a London based address and it includes the free forwarding of your Companies House and HMRC mail to you via scan or postage.
The Directors can also use the address as the service address, so they can keep their residential address private. Includes the forwarding of the Directors Companies House mail.
All overseas applicants need to provide notarised ID for all business owners/directors. Proof of identity and proof of address, no less than 3 months old.
You can upload the required Identification straight into your online account.

Proof of ID and Address

To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) and the London Local Authority Act we are legally required to check proof of ID and proof of address for customers (Company Directors and any Company Representatives) using our services.

For overseas clients, that have a UK Limited Company, you will require a UK address for the registered office address and a mailing/trading address. Our International Package can provide a Central London address that can be used by your company, customers and suppliers as a contact address. The Directors can also use the address at Companies House to provide privacy from their residential address being made available on the publically available registers.

Sole traders that do not require the official registered office address, can still apply for the business address.

This package includes the forwarding of your business mail as well as your official company mail to an overseas address.

There are 2 mail forwrding options:

POST -In order to forward mail from your clients, suppliers or banks we do ask for a £20 mailing deposit.

POST PLUS - This service includes the scanning of all your mail as it arrives and them it is posted directly to you - you can choose how often you wish to have the mail forwarded (daily/weekly/monthly) The deposit is used to send your mail via Royal Mail's International Standard Service (airmail)..

We are an office, and not a warehouse! We can only accept letters at our London address, this means that we cannot accept packages, products from your suppliers or returns from your customers. We do have another address outside London, which may be more suitable for this; we would recommend contacting us to discuss this before applying.

Your Online Account

Whether you have one company or multiple companies with us, we can help you manage them online.
The online dashboard allows you to view you companies, invoices, mail and our email correspondence/notifications.

Annual Renewal

After 12 months the International Package will need to be renewed.

We do not automatically renew your account, but you can choose to set up a direct debit so payments automatically are paid each year just before renewal.

We will contact you one month before renewal so you can decide if you wish to continue. You can log into your online account to renew or add any services.
