Who are I-Support?

I-Support Formations is part of Osoco Ltd, which also trades as I-Support Business.

We have developed, over the years, our mailing address business, which provides low cost solutions for new business start-ups, either sole traders, limited companies or not for profit organisations.

We provide our services to thousands of companies and we were constantly asked if we could set up limited companies as part of the package.


Having listened to our customers requests, we have developed the service so that our clients will benefit from a “one stop shop” approach. Providing your company formation, mailing address and mail forwarding, plus also providing virtual telephone numbers.

Company Formations

We have developed our own software which is linked to Companies House, so we can provide a quick online company formation service. We can usually do this within 3 hours, depending on the Companies House workload, so we can get your company up and running the same day. We can register companies in England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, but if you wish to use our company address as the registered office, your company will be registered in England & Wales. Our software also provides you with all the tools to be able to manage your business via your own online account. You are able to add or remove directors, change companies details, change names, receive reminders of key filing dates as well as complete confirmation statements each year.

Many of these services are free but where there is a cost from companies house we have set prices. We have tried to cater to all different needs with our various packages

There is a lot of jargon, terminology and complex rules and regulations with company formation, which can be off-putting and confusing. If you haven’t already sought professional advice from an accountant or lawyer – we would recommend it, before applying as there may be specific tax advantages or company structures that may be better for your business. We have produced a series of guides which hopes(!!) to make the process as clear as possible. Our company formations application, takes you through the process quickly, simply and stress free, without most of the jargon (although there is a bit – but we do explain it!).

We try to ensure that our services are competitively priced compared to our competitors. You may be able to find one of our services cheaper elsewhere but when you factor in the level of service provided we believe we offer great value for money. Supervised with approval from HMRC for Money Laundering Regulations, registered with the London Local Authority and with the Information Commission for the Data Protection Act (ZA047462). You can be assured that your dealings with us are private and confidential. We never supply your details to any third parties for marketing purposes, the information you provide to us is only used internally to manage your account.

UK Wide & International

 To attract clients from across the UK and international clients. Although we are based in the South East, we attract customers from all over the UK and overseas. Many of our clients businesses are not reliant on location and this does not affect their ability to market their goods and services. We have developed a specific package for Overseas based residents, so that in addition to the Company Formation they will benefit from a UK business address.
