• SIC Code – this informs company house what kind of business activity you are engaged in. Our application will provide a list that can select from. SIC Cide more info ...

• Director details - Full name, DOB, nationality, service address, home address, and occupation. The service address is where any mail from Companies House is sent, and used on the public register. • In line with new Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, every company must provide details of the People of Significant Control (PSC), and shareholders – we need to Name, DOB, service address, home address, number and type of shares held, share currency, and value of each share. Please make sure you add a PSC to your application, otherwise this can lead to your submission being rejected by Companies House. PSC more info... 

• ID – we will also need a copy of your photo ID and proof of address. We are legally required to know who our clients are, we will therefore require copies of your identification and proof of address.
