Companies House is due to start identity verification when you incorporate a new limited company. We therefore recommend that you complete your company formation with them directly. However we are still providing companies with businesses address for you to use during the formation process.
 

BUSINESS ADDRESS SERVICE FROM I-SUPPORT FORMATIONS

 

When you register your business at Companies House you will need to provide an address for your registered office i.e. your legal address for the business, and also a contact address for the directors. Do not use your private home address for the company as this will be publically available online, at Companies House and various other business sites. You can also provide a seperate contact address for Directors, this is publically available.

 

To protect your personal details we can provide you with an address to use.

We are licensed by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering therefore you will need to provide us with identification for anyone that wishes to use the address, and we can approve you to use the address before you apply to companies House.

You can sign up for our services online in about 15 mins, we recommend you have all the Directors/PSCs identification already scanned so you can upload it into the application.

 

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR COMPANY

 
Before starting your formation at Companies House, first sign up or our business address services and get the approval to use our address. It usually only takes 15 mins and you can then go direct to Companies House.
 

MANDATORY IDENTITY VERIFICATION NOW REQUIRED

Companies House has changed how company formations are processed, there is now a requirement for mandatory identity verification for all directors and People of Significant Control during the incorporation. This is to reduce risk of fraud and improve the accuracy of the Companies House register.

Companies House have set up their own online incorporation and identity verification system, which will make it easier for you to incorporate your company.

Registered Office
this includes the directors service address and is for Companies House and HMRC only -

FREE scan and email of your mail. It can not be used for customers/clients, suppliers, banks etc.

London - £55 a year                                           Sussex - £50 a year

 

 

International Based Clients -from £15/ month or £150 a year

this includes the registered office address, directors service address and using the address for your day to day business, so can be used on websites, invoices, company stationery etc.

How is your Mail Forwarded?

Select this mail forwarding service option to have all your post sent to your home or designated forwarding address. Decide how often you want your mail forwarded, such as daily, weekly or monthly and also how it is sent - 1st Class, 2nd Class, Signed For, International etc. A mailing deposit added during sign up, provides us with funds to forward your mail.	All your mail is scanned - we will either email it direct to your chosen inbox or upload into your online dashboard You can decide to view, print, download or delete it. FREE SCANNING - we do not charge to scan your mail and we will securely shred your mail after scanning. There is no option to have your mail posted afterwards.	We scan your mail - sent via email or uploaded into your account. Then forward the post to your home or designated address. You decide how often your post is forwarded. Choose to have any mail shredded if you don't need the hard copy.
